SELECT HOW MANY STONES DESIRED IN THE SPECIFIC COLOR AND HOW MANY TEETH IN THAT COLOR BY ADDING THAT QTY TO YOUR SHOPPING CART.

THE MOLD KIT COMES WITH A FORM TO SELECT WHICH TEETH YOU WOULD LIKE THE OPALS ON. YOU MUST SEND THIS COMPLETED FORM BACK WITH THE MOLD.
All Grillz are hand carved and cast and have an average 4-8 week turn around time upon receiving the mold.
